The button posts the small blind and acts first before the flop. The big blind gets a turn even after a simple call. After the flop, the big blind acts first. The button alternates each new deal.

Blinds are 5 and 10. Bets and raises are 10 preflop/on the flop, then 20 on the turn/river. A bet and three raises per round is our house cap; the big blind is the preflop bet.
Both players start with 500 free chips every deal. At most 240 can be committed by either player, so there are no all-ins or side pots. These chips have no monetary value and cannot be bought or redeemed.
